- Eight seminars held at the Neurology Clinic, University of Bari.
- Two seminars held at SAT, Bologna, on behalf of the Department of Sociology of the University of Bologna.
- Coordination of conference on "Giovani, disagio e inquinamento psiché", in collaboration with the Istituto Cattolico di Studi Universitari e Formazione Popolare della Daunia and Lecturers from the Department of Sociology of the University of Bologna.
- 1988 to present — collaboration with the Faculty of Sociology of the University of Urbino in the form of annual seminars on the theme of disagio diffuso and methodologies of "real communities"; student dissertations on the methodologies of "real communities" experimented at the Centre for Social Medicine, Foggia; training internships at the Centre for Social Medicine for Sociology students. Most recent treatise "Verso una nuova specie. Disagio diffuso, salute e comunità globale" adopted as textbook for Sociology students at University of Urbino in academic years 1999-2000, 2000-2001 and 2001-2002.
- 1997 to present — head of "Comunità Globale" research project, involving the Centre for Social Medicine, the Faculty of Sociology of the University of Urbino, the Department of Sociology of the University of Bologna, Department of Pedagogy of the Università di Roma Tre, Department of Educational Studies of the University of Bari, the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Foggia.
- 2001 to present — Joint director of LAM Studium (Laboratory of the Anthropology of Change and Humanistic Studies) of the Faculty of Sociology of the University of Urbino and the University Hospital Trust “Ospedali Riuniti”, Foggia.
- Since 2005 — honorary member of OISM (Italian Mental Health Observatory)
